PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for an assay capable of suppressing the increase of the measured value of a blank in a measurement. SOLUTION: This plate for an immuno-assay comprises a plate having many well like holes for performing a solution reaction in an immuno-assay, in which the shape of the horizontal cross section of the holes is a square or a polygon of more than the square, all of the angles in the side surfaces and the bottom surface of the holes are rounded, and the roundness of the whole angles of the holes is 0.5-3.0 mm.
