PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the trouble of erroneous control to occur at a device for fixing a wheelchair. SOLUTION: When a fixing switch or cancel switch is operated, a motor is rotated forward or backward after the lapse of delay time (a). An overcurrent to flow for prescribed time (b) at the time of starting the motor is detected by a detection block and a comparator but the stop of the motor based on the detected overcurrent is blocked by a cancel signal outputted for cancel time (c) composed of delay time (a) + prescribed time (b) +α. Namely, a relay block for cutting electrification to the motor cuts the electrification to the motor only when the overcurrent is detected after the lapse of cancel time (c) from the time point of operating the fixing switch or cancel switch.
