FIELD: shipbuilding; propulsors of submersible vehicles having full lines of null. SUBSTANCE: thrust created by propulsor sets in motion transport facility. Propulsor is made in form of passages with working members which is mounted near hull at clearance in form of slots. These slots are used for tangential blow of liquid to and/or suction of it from curvilinear surface of hull. EFFECT: reduced power consumption due to active control of boundary layer on curvilinear surface of hull. 6 dwg
