The turntable comprises a support (2) which rests on guides on opposite sides of the oven, and is equipped with guides (6) for a rotating plate (7), turned by a drive (8). The support comprises a frame (22) with a rigid metal armature and a central recess (23) for the plate, and is partially covered with a high-temperature polymer coating (24) with electrical insulation properties, leaving the guides and drive free. The guides for the rotation of the plate are in the form of rollers (12 - 15) of equal diameter, having axles (16 - 19) in bearings fixed to the frame, while the plate has a track in contact with the rollers. The bearings are of nickel and chrome-plated steel, while the roller axles are of a plastic.
