Secure data processing for execution of electronic transactions

The smart card memory contains rules for execution of and calculation in a transaction. The processor on the smart card controls the calculation in accordance with these rules and controls execution of the transaction via the communication path between smart card and reader. The processor can also calculate a chance value as a function of a predetermined probability and allow or disallow a transaction on the basis of this risk for use in electronic gaming machines.
