<p>The device has at least one rising column (8) fixed to the seabed by a friction or weight anchor (11). The rising column is rigid and rectilinear, extending vertically to a floating or semi-submersible structure (1), and fixed to the seabed by a heavy anchor (several tonnes or tens of tonnes) and a large flanged contact surface. The anchor has an extended bell body, open at its bottom end and closed at its top end, or is cylindrical with a polygonal transverse section. The surface of each internal and external face of the anchor side walls (30 is between 100 and 1000 m<2>. The rising column has a central rigid tubular structure surrounded with mousse and along which a number of rigid pipes extend to carry the oil products. These pipes are extended by flexible hoses fixed to the structure (1). The rising column is fixed at its base to the anchor by a removable link (13) so it is built in or articulated. Process of constructing such a device where the space between the bell-shaped anchor and the seabed is depressurized is described. Process of constructing such a device where a heavy material is placed in the body of the anchor via the hollow central tubular structure in the rising column is described.</p> |
