Side part ends adhering to body back region are provided with rear fasteners. Brassiere is further provided with shoulder straps. Side parts are manufactured from continuous pieces of material strengthened with strips extending along outer edges. Side parts and strengthening strips are made from textile material containing thermoplastically fused filaments. Side parts are connected one to another along welded seams. Portions of rear fasteners and shoulder straps are connected directly to side parts through welded seams.
