This invention provides a structure with a storage area in a false bottom compartment for either open mouth type bags in addition to handle type bags or bags on a continuous roll. An access slot is located beneath the existing bag to allow retrieval of a previously stored replacement. A retainer is provided over the loading slot to avoid stored bags from escaping.
