SYSTEM FOR DISCHARGING TANKS CONTAINING SOLID PRODUCTS OR PRODUCTS HAVING A HIGH VISCOSITY AT ROOM TEMPERATURE

The products to be discharged have characteristics such that they are in solid status or have a very high viscosity at room temperature. They become much more fluid when heated. By heating exclusively the minimum volume necessary for the discharge, energy consumption is minimized. The system comprises a tube (2) which runs vertically along the tank (1) from top to bottom and is provided with a plurality of orifices (3) throughout its length in order to facilitate the inlet of liquefied product regardless of the level of the product. Said vertical tube (2) is connected to another horizontal tube (7) at the proximity of the bottom. The tube (7) goes through the tank wall and comes out outside the tank and is connected to a discharge element. The internal extremity of the tube (7) remains open inside the tank (1) and is conveniently provided with an elbow.
