<p>A scissors sharpener (1) has a recurved frame (2) forming a U-shaped channel (7) and an opening (5) for receiving four fingers of a hand for grasping. A sharpening stone (9) spans the channel (7) at a predetermined angle to the adjacent surfaces of the frame (2). Surgical scissors can be wedged within the channel (7) while their cutting edges are drawn over the stone (9) for sharpening.</p> |
