The component (3) is in several stamped or fine-cut flat sections one above the other. Each section is split along the component lengthwise axis, the joints (5) in the sections being offset from each other. The joints can be straight, the component forming a central opening when assembled. The joints run in three radial direction between the opening and outside edges. They can be at constant intervals in the peripheral direction to those in adjacent sections.
