The planes containing the inlet and outlet openings for the fuel and air are formed by multi-layer galvanisation. The metallic plate (23) contains a passage for fluid to flow through, including at least one inlet opening and at least one outlet opening, each inlet opening being in a top plane of the plate, and each outlet opening being in a bottom plane. The plate is provided with a gas supply means. The top and bottom planes are formed by multi-layer galvanising techniques. An Independent claim is also included for an injection valve fitted with the nebuliser plate on the downstream side of the valve seat surface (29).
