An easy-to-open packaging bag (P) for hermetically sealing an objective material (W) such as a liquid, powdery or viscous material by sealing a packaging film (F) on the three or four sides in both the longitudinal and transverse directions, which has a seal-opening notch (N) formed by cutting a sealed portion (S) of the bag (P) towards the depth of the sealed portions (S) and a bent portion (B) formed adjacent to the notch (N) in the sealed portion (S). This bag can improve the visibility and the touch of the cut-open portion while keeping its easy-to-open performance and without causing a cut dust.
