Energy-saving apparatus for household and industry

The apparatus supplies only energy to a consumer when it is really switched on, almost at current zero-crossing point. The consumer connected via the energy-saving apparatus, in the state with the secondary switched off, lies on the grid only all 5 to 10 seconds for less than 0.2 seconds to test the internal resistance. The electrical consumer lies permanently on the grid in the switched-on state. The clocked measurement takes place at a measuring resistance which lies in series with the consumer at full alternating voltage. The switching on and off takes place almost at the zero crossing point for current to reduce disturbances.
