Saddle used for riding on horseback

The riding saddle has a saddle tree and two movable load carrying elements fitted to it. The load carrying elements consist of a multi-laminar system made of at least two layers. In one possible form, the elements (7,8) consist in one layer (1) of circular plates. Those in the other layers (2,3) consist of triangular plates. All the elements are of the same thickness (several mm) and are made of a stable material such as plywood, plastic or metal. The elements of the third layer are connected by a rod element to those of the next layer (4), which have assembly points (5) for connection to the saddle tree (6).
