The invention relates to benzamidoxim derivatives of formula (I) wherein the substituents have the following meanings: R1 represents difluoromethyl or trifluoromethyl, R2 represents hydrogen or fluorine, R3 represents C1-C4alkyl optionally substituted with cyano, C1-C4halogenalkyl, C1-C4alkoxy-C1-C4alkyl, C3-C6alkenyl, C3-C6halogenalkenyl, C3-C6alkinyl, C3-C8cycloalkyl-C1-C4alkyl, R4 represents phenyl-C1-C6alkyl, which can carry one or more substituents selected from the group composed of halogen, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4halogenalkyl, C1-C4alkoxy or C1-C4halogenalkoxy on the phenyl ring, or thienyl-C1-C4alkyl, which can carry one or more substituents selected from the group composed of halogen, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4halogenalkyl, C1-C4alkoxy or C1-C4halogenalkoxy on the thienyl ring, or pyrazol-C1-C4alkyl, which can carry one or more substituents selected from the group composed of halogen, C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4halogenalkyl, C1-C4alkoxy or C1-C4halogenalkoxy on the pyrazol ring.
