<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a vessel made of synthetic resin which is transparent and heat resistant and has barrier properties and shock resistance and is easily molded by forming the outer layer and the inner layer of polycarbonate and forming the central layer of amorphous nylong having gas barrier properties. CONSTITUTION:A vessel A is made of a multi-layer sheet. An amorphous nylon layer 3 is integrated with the inner and outer PC, namely polycarbonate layers 1 via the adhesives 2. As the amorphous nylon 3 utilized for the central layer, crystalline polyamide resin having an aromatic ring in a main chain is suitable which is excellent in high barrier properties and heat resistance and obtained from the polycondensation reaction of m-xylene diamine (MXDA) and adipic acid. As polycarbonate resin 1 utilized for the inner and outer layers, resin having many carbonate bonds in the main chain of a molecule is suitable which is made of bisphenol A and phosgene or diphenyl carbonate. Substance having ordinary grade and heat resistance at about 130 deg.C being retort sterilization temp. can be sufficiently utilized. As resin utilized for the adhesive 2, unsaturated carboxylic acid modified polyolefin can be utilized.</p> |
