PURPOSE:To carry out operation of an air bag surely and decrease the number of parts by installing an always closed-type lock detecting switch and connecting the lock detecting switch and a horn switch in series. CONSTITUTION:When a connector 28 installed in a steering wheel 27 is in unlocked condition, an always closed-type lock detecting switch 36 becomes conduction condition and thus a horn switch 33 becomes in a condition as if it is turned ON and subsequently a horn sounds and unlocked condition is known. Like this, by connecting to a horn circuit 31, a lock detecting switch 36 is installed in a connector 28 installed in a steering wheel and lock condition can be known surely. As a result, an air bag can be worked surely and the number of parts such as checking lamps which are conventionally installed can be decreased. |
