<p>The proposed cutting and holding-down device of threads consists of a fixed cutting blade (4), a cutting plate (2), a holding-down plate (3) and a pressing finger (5). In both the cutting plate (2) and the holding-down plate (3) there are performed longitudinal through slots (21) and (32), which partially overlap each other in all positions. The slot (21) in the cutting plate (2) reach up to a said holding-down plate (3) space of a side recess (31).</p> |
