PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic machining system using bar code capable of automatically allocating a program for machining schedule suitable for a work by merely conveying a tray to a machine tool. SOLUTION: A maching system is structured so that bar codes are attached onto a tray 3 and, when the tray is conveyed to a self-machine (shearing machine 4, NCT5 or vending machine 6, etc.), a bar code reader mounted on the NC device (8, 9, or 10) of the machine reads optically the bar codes from the tray 3. Then a machining schedule data (delivery, type of machining, product number, NC program, quantity, etc.) for the bar code is extracted, and a machine main body is worked controllably in accordance with an extracted machining schedule data. |
