PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced fiber reinforced bar of superior workability and usable as, for example, a concrete reinforced bar for which processing of being folded easily into the optional shape is available on a construction site and also provide a reinforcing method for a concrete structure with the reinforced bars and a manufacturing method for the reinforced fiber reinforced bar. SOLUTION: A reinforced fiber reinforced bar 1 comprises a reinforced fiber bundle 2 provided with a number of reinforced fibers (f) and a flexible tubular coating member 4 extending along the longitudinal direction of the reinforced fiber bundle 2 and disposed encircling the reinforced fiber bundle 2 with a sufficient clearance. If desired, resin is injected preliminarily into the annular coating member 4 to penetrate the reinforced fiber bundle and keep the bundle in the semi-cured state.
