PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize both operation of a laser device and laser light characteristics by, relating to a cooling system for a laser working device, supplying a cooling liquid so that its flow rate is kept permanent to the laser oscillator. SOLUTION: Relating to a laser working device 1 comprising a cooling system 6 which cools a laser oscillator 2, the cooling system 6 comprises a flow- guiding pipe 6c so allocated that a cooling liquid 6a circulates between a cooling device 6b and the laser oscillator 2 and a plurality of booster pumps 6d-6f for raising the pressure of the cooling liquid 6a, and the plurality of booster pumps 6d-6f are allocated, at least, near the outlet of a cooling device 2b, near the inlet of the laser oscillator 2 and near the outlet of the laser oscillator 2, so that a pressure load is repeatedly applied to the cooling liquid 6a which loses pressure, for smooth flow of the cooling liquid 6a. |
