PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly obtain specific low-temperature heating from a whole surface by dispersing metal-covered plastic particles into a plastic supporter. SOLUTION: Metal covering by nickel, etc., to plastic powder such as ABS is usually performed by electroless plating. To disperse metal-covered plastic fine particles, thus obtained, into a supporter of ABS of the same kind as organic resin constituting a plastic particle, the organic resin and fine particles, blended by necessary quantity previously, are mixed to be formed into a film by a conventional means; and the film, being thus dispersed by the metal-covered plastic fine particles, can be utilized as it is as a surface heating element. The surface heating element thus manufactured is a so called plastic film, therefore can obtain excellent effects, such as the shape of the element can be cut as necessary, also can be provided even in a narrow region because of the extreme thinness of the shape, and moreover, can be applied to even a complicated shape. |
