PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shift circuit without causing any destruction of an element and any malfunction due to noise even when level shift current flows suddenly. SOLUTION: A soft switching circuit SS constituted of a capacitor C, an N-type MOSFET 4, a P-type MOSFET 5 and a resistor element R2 is interposed between a gate terminal and a control element Cr1 of an N type MOSFET 3 of the level shift circuit LS. The soft switching circuit SS is constituted by connecting a drain terminal of the N type MOSFET 4 with the drain terminal of the P-type MOSFET 5 with the resistor element R2 and connecting the capacitor 2 between the drain terminal and a source terminal of the N-type MOSFET 4. In addition, the drain terminal of the N-type MOSFET 4 is connected to a gate terminal of the N type MOSFET 3 and the gate terminals of the N-type MOSFET 4 and the P-type MOSFET 5 are connected to the control element CR1. A power supply E1 is impressed on the source terminal of the P-type MOSFET 5 and the source terminal of the N-type MOSFET 4 is connected to the ground. |
