PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a system to cope with a fault that takes place quickly and surely by grasping accurately an operating state of each radio station at any time and to improve the operation efficiency of a communication channel by reducing useless acquisition of the communication channel. SOLUTION: A master station BS updates an operating state of a sender slave station PS1 and a receiver slave station PS2 described in a slave station database into 'under control of transmitter side' and 'under control of receiver side' respectively from 'non-use' when the master station BS receives a call notice signal from the transmitter side slave station PS1 and confirms its validity, the master station BS reserves dead communication channel after receiving a call reception acknowledgement signal from the receiver side slave station PS2 and updates the operating state of the sender slave station PS1 and the receiver slave station PS2 into 'under transmission control' and 'under reception communication' from 'under control of transmitter side' and 'under control of receiver side' respectively when the communication channel is reserved. |
