PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize thawing work to a plus temperature by a simple method, to obtain a heating system for reducing the thawing heat quantity of a refrigerated foods, by controlling a drive assembly and respective cavities, following a specific belt speed and electric power in accordance with the kind and quantity of a material to be heated. SOLUTION: A conveyer belt 25 is provided through penetrating the inlet and outlet of plural cavities 11 having a high-frequency power source, and the driving speed of the belt 25 and the electric power of the respective cavities 11 are controlled. That is, the high-frequency power source and a belt driving motor 24 are controlled so that the relation between accumulated electric power (p) and whole electric power (P) can tangentially approximate a formula p/(P +α)=exp(-kl) (k: a constant). The respective cavities 11 are arranged on a straight line at the same shape, a high-frequency leak preventive mechanism is provided on an opening 18, and the respective high-frequency power source performs continuous electrification or intermittent electrification at a given period, thereby obtaining optional electric power.
