PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a cell continuity diagnosis of an individual part that operates in a band which is higher than the sell sending speed by using a cell testing device which has a low cell sending speed by almost simultaneously concentrating cells in a diagnosed device and returning concentrated cells to the cell testing device through one of plural paths. SOLUTION: Cell testing devices 8 perform a cell continuity diagnosis of one device (diagnosed device 7) that is specified among various devices of individual parts 3, etc., which constitute a cell exchange 10. In such cases, first plural paths are provided between the device 7 that is a diagnostic object and the devices 8 in the exchange 10. Next, the device 7 almost simultaneously concentrates these cells which are sent through plural paths by at least one device 8. Next, the cells which are concentrated by the device 7 are returned to the device 8 through plural paths.
