PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily convert plural routes of a conversion source program into a conversion destination program by discharging the conversion destination program from a preserved simulation result and a re-simulation result. SOLUTION: A mode in which a new route is not added is selected at the time of simulation (S301), preprocessing is executed (S302), the movement of a conversion source program is simulated (S303), and accumulated test conditions are discharged as a simulation result (S304) when there is a statement that controls the movement of an IC tester. The conversion source program is simulated up to the end, a conversion destination program is discharged (S305), a simulation result is preserved (S306) and it is used in a mode that adds a route at the time of conversion start (S307). After the conversion destination program is discharged, conversion can be started in a mode in which the route is added again even when there are plural statements to preserve conversion results of plural routes (S313). |
