PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase probability that an independent signal is inputted to a reception-side discrimination device even when mobile bodies send out signals for discrimination at random timing by controlling the time up to the transmission of a next signal with a random number outputted by a random number generator after a code for discrimination or modulated code signal is sent out. SOLUTION: A controller 4 converts a random number into a time interval by using the random number input from the random number generator 3 and a characteristic code as the output of a characteristic code storage part 2 is outputted to a modulator at the time interval. The modulator 5 modulates the characteristic code by an intended modulation system such as amplitude modulation and frequency modulation and an antenna output 8 is sent out. Consequently, when there is more than one communication mobile bodies in a communication area, the communication mobile bodies can be prevented from outputting antenna outputs 8, i.e., coded or modulated code signals at the same time with high probability and the communication mobile bodies can stably be discriminated in a short time. |
