PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric actuator wherein occurrence of stress at a protruding part is suppressed to low and occurrence of metal fatigue due to repeated dislocation action at the protruding part is suppressed. SOLUTION: A metal plate 5 having, respectively, a protruding part 7 for connection is inserted between a plurality of laminated piezoelectric plates 1, the protruding parts 7 are positioned in specified direction alternately, the protruding part 7 is bent in lamination direction of the piezoelectric plate 1 so as to form a void 11 to the outer peripheral surface of the laminated piezoelectric plate 1, an arch-like bending part 13 is formed on its tip end side, and a part of the protruding part 7 closer to the tip end side than the bending part 13 is connected to the other protruding part 7 positioned in the same direction for absorbing a stress by the bending part 13. |
