PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet prevented from blocking and curling at the time of high temp. keeping and enhanced in feed stability within a copier. SOLUTION: A transfer sheet is constituted so that a back layer containing a silicone compd. solid at the normal temp. is provided on the other single surface of a transfer layer. In an image forming method for forming a toner image on an image receiving material by using an electrophotographic system, the image receiving material is the transfer sheet and toner is fixed to the image receiving material at least under heating or pressure. In an image transfer method for transferring the image recorded on the transfer sheet to a receiving material, the image is transferred from the transfer sheet having the image formed thereon under heating and/or pressure.
