PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connects a terminal that has a protocol for a digital interface to an analog public circuit by having a protocol conversion function between a protocol of an analog interface and a protocol for a digital interface. SOLUTION: This system has a protocol conversion function between a protocol of an analog interface and a protocol of a digital interface. A central processing part 32 of a base station controller BSC analyzes, generates and converts messages from a base station device which is respectively supplied from data relaying parts 26 and 28 and from a subscriber exchange and notifies a message that is generated and converted to the base station device and the subscriber exchange respectively through the data relaying stations 26 and 28. In such cases, a message with the base station device uses an ISDN protocol (protocol for a digital interface) and a message with the subscriber exchange uses a PSTN protocol (protocol for an analog interface). |
