PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small magnetic device adhesive layer which is fixed to an insulating layer for securing a ferromagnetic core to a board. SOLUTION: An adhesive layer used for a magnetic power device includes metal material layers 480 and 485 for joining an insulating layer 43 to a ferromagnetic core 490 together, so as to connect a fine magnetic power device to an insulator. The metal material layer 480 and 485 are formed of a material selected from among zirconium, hafnium, vanadium, niobium, tantalum, chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and copper. |
