PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the personal computer telephone exchange that prevents deterioration in sound quality and reduction in sound volume, freely controls telephone sets and serves various telephone services. SOLUTION: The personal computer telephone exchange 2 is provided with a multi-communication board 11 provided with a plurality of input output interfaces with communication networks 21-24 and with a plurality of input output ports connecting to the multi-communication board 11 with respect to an in-premises Ethernet cable 3 and with a voice channel Ethernet card 12 that has a function of sharing input data from a communication network to the multi-communication board 11 and different input output ports for each of data to different input output ports for each of data.
