PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the versatility of a library in such a way that the library formed by a prescribed design rule can be used on a rule which is finer than the design rule, by a method wherein a head part is formed at the connecting terminal of every structure. SOLUTION: A structure 12 represensts, e.g. an IO cell. A signal line corresponding to a minimum wiring interval S1 prescribed by a prescribed design rule is displayed on the screen 11 of an automatic arrangement and wiring apparatus 10. Two connecting terminals 19 which are extended in parallel with each other are formed in the Y-axis direction of the screen 11 while the grid line is used as the center line. A head part 20 is formed at tip parts of the respective connecting terminals 19. The head part 20 has a rectangular plane shape in which the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction are used as respective sides. Then, the head part 20 can increase a contact are with a wiring part when the structure 12 is used on a fine rule. |
