PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of stabilizing an acidic organic active agent through its dissolution at a specific pH or lower, free from any surfactant, and useful for e.g. cosmetics more easily and comfortably spreadable on the skin, by including an aqueous dispersion of lipid follicles containing specific polymer(s). SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including an aqueous dispersion of lipid follicles containing pref. 0.01-20 wt.%, based on the whole composition, of at least one >=90%-neutralized crosslinked poly(2-acrylamido-2- methylpropanesulfonic acid) composed of, based on the whole polymer, 90-99.9 wt.% of unit of the formula (X<+> is a cation or the like) and 0.01-10.0 wt.% of crosslink unit derived from at least one monomer having at least two olefin double bonds. |
