PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinylidene chloride copolymer resin compsn. which enables the manufacture of a film excellent in extrusion workability during film manufacture, and, moreover, excellent in sealing aptitude retorting aptitude, and gas barrier property. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises not less than 50 mass % vinylidene chloride copolymer (I) and not more than 50 mass % vinylidene chloride copolymer (II), wherein vinylidene chloride copolymer (I) has a reduced viscosity of >0.048-0.075 and vinylidene chloride copolymer (II) has a reduced viscosity in the range of 0.048-0.060, and the reduced viscosity of vinylidene chloride copolymer (I) is larger than that of vinylidene chloride copolymer (II). Extrusion is done by supplying this compsn. to an extruder via. vacuum hopper and a film comprises this compsn. |
