PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize an output of a motor and draw the maximum punching thrust or energy despite of a small and simple device by arranging a first cam for a forward process of a punch and a second cam for a return process of the punch on a common shaft of a punch drive system. SOLUTION: An operation transmitted to a first cam 15 via a cam shaft 6 of a motor moves a lever 8 clockwise and rotationally about a fulcrum pin and presses down a punch 13 downward so that a plurality of sheet materials are sheared in a space between the punch and 13 a dice pat 1a. Secondly, the operation of a second can 18 moves the lever 8 counterclockwise and rotationally about the fulcrum pin via a sliding plate 19 so as to quickly return the punch 13 to its stand-by position. The reciprocating process of the punch 13 is thus provided by the first cam 15 for the forward process and the second cam 18 for the return process arranged uniaxially so that the device can be miniaturized and simplified, at the same time dispense with a return spring, and prevent the forward thrust force from lowering. |
