PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of die-cutting soybean curd with reduced labor burden and provide a soybean curd molding frame that can prevent the soybean curd from collapsing on die cutting. SOLUTION: The frame base 1 of the soybean curd frame A is provided with the bottom plate 10, side plates 11, 12 and the electrode side plate 13. At the edge faces of the bottom plate 10 and the side plates 12, 12, the reinforcing plate 15 is screwed and grips 16, 16 are mounted at the upper part of the outer face of the side plates 11, 12. The electrode side plate 13 is fixed to the bottom plate 10 and side plates 11 and 12 with screws. The joining terminal 17 is set to the upper part of the electrode side plate 13. The fitting groove 18 is formed near the top edge of the bottom plate 10 and side plates 11, 12 which form the side opening 19. Another electrode side plate 2 is fitted to the fitting groove 18 and another joining terminal 21 is set to the upper part of' the electrode side plate 2. |
