PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contents from oozing from an inner plug and also to prevent a top plate from deforming when a cap seal with top plate which can be in contact with an external face of the mouth of a container such as a milk bottle includes a top plate formed with a bend is put on a container. SOLUTION: The cap seal with a top plate comprises the top plate 3 wherein a bend 14 which is bent toward an external face 10a of a mouth of a container 8 is extended along a periphery of a plate-like body 12 which can close an opening 11 of the container 8, and a cap seal body 1 comprising a cylindrical film which is stuck to a peripheral side of the top plate 3 and which can be attached to the upper body of the container 8 by heat-shrinking. In this case, the top plate 3 is equipped with a passage forming means to form a gas flow path 15 between an internal face of the top plate 3 and the container 8 when the cap seal with top plate is put on the container 8. |
