PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide care service capable of easily obtaining information for care even from a handicapped user in speaking and providing good attentive care to respective users. SOLUTION: A user's home device 12 for reading out various information stored in a care survice IC card 18 carried by each user 17, writing and updating various information and sending the updated information is arranged in a care survice user home. A visiting care station 11 is provided with a care service data base 14 for storing care service information related to each user and constituted so as to update the care service information of the user stored in the data base 14 based on writing information and updating information received from each user home device 12 and specifying the user 17 and manage the visiting care of a carer to each user 17 based on the care service information of the user which is stored in the data base 14.
