Control unit for isokinetic sampling. The unit comprises a chassis 1, 2, 3 on which is mounted a suction or vacuum pump 32 to draw in the gases from the flue, through a rapid-coupling inlet 27, a vacuum gauge 16 and a shut-off valve 19, an expansion tank 33 working with the pump 32, with the said pump being shunted by a regulator valve 20. Next there is a gas meter 30 and before the gas outlet there is a differential pressure gauge 12, 15, of which there are several types suitable for various pressures. A display 5 permits the temperature to be controlled both at the inlet and the outlet from the gas meter 30, in the flue and in the line, while a connecting plug 28 and a series of rapid couplings 24 permit the probes and a Pitot tube to be connected to the unit. <IMAGE>
