PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To authenticate a mail only by a main reception-transmission system without using the system exclusive only for authentication, to prevent the mail from fraudulently altered by a third person and to improve security by transmitting/receiving a confirmation mail for authentication between a transmitter side system and a receiver side system. SOLUTION: The confirmation mail is transmitted and received between the transmitter side system and the receiver side system to perform authentication. In this system, a key producing part 1 has a function which produces keys from identification information of a transmitter, a password and date and hour at the time of transmitting a mail and a function which produces a prescribed key from a key that is attached at the time of receiving a mail. A mail processing part 2 has a producing function of a mail text, a function that separates a key at the time of receiving a mail from the mail text, a function which attaches a key at the time of transmission, a producing function of an authentication mail and a producing function of a confirmation mail. An inquiry function part 3 has a function which inquires a key that is attached to the confirmation mail and content in a log file 5. |
