PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrophotographic photoreceptor which does not generate image noises such as black spots or white spots even under any environment by forming a photosensitive layer on a photoreceptor body obtained by executing sealing in two stages at a low temp. and a high temp. after the surface of a supporting body is treated by anodic oxidation. SOLUTION: A photoreceptor is provided with a photosensitive layer on a photoreceptor base body obtained by applying a low temp. sealing and a high temp. sealing on the surface of a conductive supporting body made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy after being anodic-oxidized. It is preferable that after the low temp. sealing is carried out, the high temp. sealing is carried out. The low temp. sealing is carried out by immersing an anodically oxidized layer in a treating liquid at <=40 deg.C. The treating liquid contains, if desired, nickel fluoride, red prussiate, etc. as a low temp. sealing agent. The high temp. sealing is carried out by using a treating liquid at >=+65 deg.C. The treating liquid contains, if desired, a metal salt such as nickel acetate and cobalt acetate as a high temp. sealing agent. |
