PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical reflecting mirror suppressing deterioration in surface precision and dispersion in reflectance due to processing dispersion (vapor depositional condition) of a vapor deposition film, reducing dispersion between surfaces even when it is made a multi-surface mirror and reducing the cost. SOLUTION: In the optical reflecting mirror 1 having a reflection surface 3 reflecting light, this mirror is characterized so that the vapor deposition film isn't fitted to the reflection surface 3, or a protecting vapor deposition film (so-called protection film) for protecting a surface isn't fitted to the reflection surface 3, and by that the vapor deposition film (particularly, protection film) isn't fitted to the reflection surface, the deterioration in the surface precision and the dispersion in the reflectance due to the processing dispersion (film thickness dispersion, etc.,) are suppressed, and an excellent reflection characteristic is obtained. |
