PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for forming which gives formed products excellent in slidableness and abrasion resistance and shows good formability such as flowability, mold releasing property, resistance to fouling of mold and the like. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains (A) 100 parts by weight of polyacetal resin or ABS resin and (B) 0.1-15 parts by weight of a liquid graft modified ethylene-α-olefin random copolymer which is obtained by grafting a carboxylic acid-based monomer (b-1) selected from among an unsaturated carboxylic acid, an acid anhydride, and an ester having 3-10 carbon atoms, or an ethylene-like unsaturated monomer having a hydroxyl group (b-2) onto an ethylene-α-olefin random copolymer as a trunk polymer containing 20-80 mol.% of ethylene, said graft modified ethylene-α-olefin random copolymer containing 0.1-20 weight % of grafted monomer and having number average molecular weight of 500-10,000 and molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.2-3.
