A fluid module (33) for a fluid control apparatus (30) which has an internal flu id operated diaphragm (95) which will permit the manifolding of several modules (31, 32 and 33) together. Each of the modules is of the same configuration and is interconnected to a common main fluid supply source (29). The modular units are plugged together using couplings (40) with the main fluid source piped only to one device (33) with an internal fluid passage (34), (34') and (34") delivering the fluid to all of the modular units. The modular units can be connected in a series of parallel combin ation with respect to signaling fluids. The modular units eliminate the cost of interconnecting different units at a variety of loca tions with different couplings as well as independently supplying each unit with a supply fluid.
