摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the use cost by decreasing the frequency of hand-over and to lower the manufacturing cost of an antenna by forming a beltlike cell along the previously set movement path of a mobile station, and providing each base station with an antenna consisting of a leakage coaxial line and arranging base stations along the movement path. SOLUTION: Transmitter/receivers 2-2 to 2-3... which supply high-frequency electric power and inputs high-frequency signals are connected to one-end parts of leakage coaxial lines LCX:1-1 to LCX:1-3 of specific length, and impedance matching terminators 3-1 to 3-3 are connected to the other-end parts to constitute an antenna for a base station. This antenna for the base station forms beltlike cells 4-1 to 4-3 .... Consequently, the probability that a mobile body stays straddling a border of the cells 4-1 to 4-3 ... decreases to lower the hand- over cost and also reduce fading, thereby securing efficient communication with small electric power.
