PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a force of an adult to open a lid easily and prevent a force of a child from opening the lid in an easy manner. SOLUTION: This container is constructed such that a lower lid fixed to an opening of a container 1 is provided with an upper lid attached through a hinge 4 in such a way that it can be opened or closed. A resilient piece 7 resiliently oscillated toward the opening under pressing action is arranged at an opposing position against a circumferential surface of the lower lid. The resilient piece 7 is provided with an engaging section 12 engaged with an engaged section 13 installed at the upper lid to keep a closed state of the upper lid and at the same time the closed state can be released through oscillation of the resilient piece 7. In addition, the upper lid is provided with a protrusion 14 where the engaging section 12 slides when the closed lid is released and further it is operated to the direction the upper lid is pushed up. |
