PERSONAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND PERSONAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING THE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information(PI) management device capable of writing PI data in a non-contact IC tag carried by a user and easily reading out and displaying the written PI data and a PI management system using the management device. SOLUTION: The PI management device 1 is provided with a control part 11 for controlling the whole device, an I/O part 12 for inputting PI data, a writer part 13 for transmitting/receiving a radio wave to/from a non-contact IC tag 2 carried by a user and writing PI data in the tag 2 in a non-contact state, a reader part 14 for transmitting/receiving a radio wave and reading out the PI data written in the tag 2 in a non-contact state, and a display part 15 for displaying the read PI data.
